A unique profile of British pop star Robbie Williams. It took a year and a half to get permission to film the lavish dance sequence on London’s Regent Street, as the British royal family owns it. Two nights before filming was scheduled, after a week of rehearsals, Queen Elizabeth II passed away and filming had to be postponed. Everyone had to be paid anyway, including the shopkeepers and crew, and the production insurance didn’t cover losses due to the death of a monarch. The producers had to raise additional funds to film the sequence, which was shot five months later. Robbie Williams is not, in fact, a chimpanzee.
